David Ingle of NAI Avant represented the seller, Pritchard Law Firm, in the sale-leaseback of a 5,000-square-foot building at 129 Broad St. in downtown Charleston for $1.5 million.


Scott Peevy and Thomas Boulware of NAI Avant represented the landlord, New Leaf Builders LLC, in two leases for the Tupelo Bend Office Park at 3417 Maybank Highway on Johns Island.


Andrew Braden and Elliot Calhoun of NAI Avant represented the tenant, Smoothie King, in the lease of 1,260 square feet of space at 1654 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. in West Ashley.


David Grubbs of NAI Avant represented the buyer in the purchase of a two-building property on 0.65 acre of land at 1591-1595 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. in West Ashley.
