United takes delivery of its 1st 787-10 in North Charleston
United Airlines is the first North American airline, and the second airline globally, to take delivery of a 787-10. The airline ordered 14 of Boeing's 787-10 jets total. Boeing has now delivered seven of the dash-10 Dreamliners.
CHS getting nonstop service to London in 2019
Travelers will be able to fly nonstop to London aboard a 787-8 Dreamliner starting next year, marking the state’s first trans-Atlantic service. British Airways plans to offer twice-weekly flights April through October.
United adding nonstop flights to Denver in June
United Airlines plans to launch daily nonstop service between Charleston and Denver in June. The airline will offer the flights between Charleston International Airport and Denver International Airport year-round.
