Tecklenburg: Flooding greatest concern with hurricane
Hurricane Florence remains a Category 4 storm, and the storm has now shifted southward. The storm is predicted to slow down when it makes landfall, which Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg said increases the risk of flooding in the city.
