Gateway campaign helps finance new facility
Greenville’s psychiatric rehabilitation ministry Gateway has a new 20,000-square-foot home thanks to $6.1 million raised through the program's capital campaign.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas launched its first Lights of Love giving campaign Nov. 1 in partnership with Brite Lite Décor, AVX, King Hickory, Lima One Capital, McDonalds’ and Grace Outdoor.
Foundation awards $359,000 in grants to S.C. nonprofits
The Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina awarded grants to 46 organizations working to combat poverty in South Carolina. Eight Midlands-area nonprofits were among the recipients.
Foundation gifts dining hall to S.C. Waterfowl Association
The 300-seat dining hall, a gift from the Darnall W. and Susan F. Boyd Foundation, will allow the association to serve more camp-goers next summer. The foundation supports education and recreation projects throughout the Midlands.
