On Tuesday, March 26, Park Circle wine bar Stems & Skins will welcome the team from NICO Oysters + Seafood for a special pop-up event with a menu featuring raw oysters, tuna tartare and beef tartare. In addition, Daniele Garella will be visiting from Alto Piedmonte to pour his world-class Monterosa Vermouth for guests to enjoy.
