Entries have been extended for Play With Your City 2019: Reimagining Lady Street through Friday, May 24. A project of the Columbia Design League, this urban design competition in Columbia, SC is accepting concepts for how to improve utilization of a pedestrian corridor between Main Street and Lincoln Street in downtown Columbia, SC.

Entrants are challenged to consider temporary or permanent interventions to improve the pedestrian experience. Solutions that incorporate and blur the distinctions between architecture, landscape design, urban design and art installation are encouraged. Entrants may work individually, but multi-disciplinary design teams are especially encouraged. The winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize.
