The Sophia Institute is hosting its inaugural WOMEN RISING! event in Charleston on Feb 7-9. WOMEN RISING! – is a unique event focused on cultivating personal and societal transformation. The two and a half day program will bring together inspirational female leaders in business, the arts and the non-profit sector along with participants from around the country to engage in discussions on topics ranging from leading with integrity to personal empowerment to hope, healing and transformation.
The keynote speaker will be Pat Mitchell, Co-Curator of TEDWomen and Chair of the Sundance Institute and Women’s Media boards and former CEO of PBS. Other presenters include nationally-recognized leaders such as: Crystal Andrus Morissette, Michele Ozumba, Marianne Williamson, Diana Whitney, Tena Clark and vocal artist Virginia Schenk.
