The phrase ‘uncertain times’ has never felt more relevant – but how can we equip ourselves with the mindset to navigate through this ‘new normal’?

That’s the question that Hugh Derrick, of UK-based eatbigfish and Laura Camacho, of Charleston’s Mixonian Institute will answer for you on their July 7 free webinar.

These two communications and culture experts take inspiration from Charles Darwin’s thought – “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change”, and learn to lean in to the challenges that we face with a new perspective.

During the one-hour session, Hugh Derrick, eatbigfish partner, and the brains behind their new offer Challenger ID, will introduce you to the common character traits that help people flourish amid uncertainty and change.

Sharing the lessons from over 20 years working with challengers – people who are ‘agents of change’ themselves and thrive amidst tough business environments, Hugh will map out the six key Challenger traits we can all adopt, and show us how to adopt a transformative mindset in these volatile times.

Given the enormous uncertainty and flux that surrounds us today, there’s never been a better time to see what we might learn from adopting a challenger mindset.

Hugh’s early career was spent in advertising, working on many iconic campaigns including the famous Guinness ‘Surfer’ commercial and the much loved US ‘Got milk? campaign. Over the last 20 years as a partner at eatbigfish, Hugh has leveraged the challenger perspective to help clients to solve a variety of business problems; from building positionings for luxury brands in Asia, or articulating a new growth plan for HIV drugs across the globe, to coaching the founder of a billion-dollar beauty brand.
