Planning for college and worried about paying for it? The Midlands Technical College Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) can help and become your higher education advocate.

The Midlands Technical College EOC is offering no-cost assistance with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Events are planned throughout February, March, and April.

Individuals can request help whether they are planning to attend MTC or another college, university, trade school, or other higher-education training programs. The experienced EOC staff understands the obstacles students face and can create a personalized plan for success.

If you qualify, services are 100% free for US Citizens or permanent residents, residents of Fairfield or Lexington County, individuals 19 years of age or older, individuals not served by the Educational Talent Search Program, and those who have a desire to enroll in college or a training program. Preference will be given to veterans, potential first-generation students, and individuals with limited income.
