Overview
Unlike typical career fairs you may have attended, you will be the “customer.” Career Fair in Reverse is an opportunity for industry to explore the many Career and Technology Education Programs (CTE) offered by Midlands area school districts and to explore which may be beneficial to your company’s workforce needs.

Career Fair in Reverse will showcase more than 30 CTE programs that prepare students for careers in automotive, manufacturing, construction, STEM and other industrial technologies. Students will showcase some of their district’s signature programs through student demonstrations, hands-on activities, discussion, and sharing of information on curriculum and credentials earned.

In addition, you can learn how schools are preparing students for tomorrow’s workplace by participating in four breakout sessions: Work-based Learning for Students, Measuring Your Return on Investment, Benefits of Youth Apprenticeships and Soft Skills Assessments in High School.
