South Carolina has been awarded one of the latest affiliate chapters in the Global Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) organization.

To launch the affiliate, South Carolina leadership has announced a “WiCys SC Kickoff Breakfast” to be held on February 16, 2023 from 730am until 900am at the Cooperative Conference Center at 169 Laurelhurst Street in Columbia, SC.

The “Kickoff Breakfast” will be held in conjunction with the inaugural 2023 Palmetto Cybersecurity Summit for Local Government.

The event will feature keynote speakers from women leaders and allow interested parties to learn more about the organization and its goals.

The event is open to anyone interested in learning more about WiCyS South Carolina. There is no cost to attend.
