BB&T Fall for Greenville board members and event partners today donated $42,500 to 14 local nonprofit organizations and recognized the efforts of those organizations that committed substantial volunteer hours over the course of the three-day event. All funds donated came from the 2017 festival held last October.

“As part of its mission, BB&T Fall for Greenville is committed to supporting the local community,” said Justin Pinckney, 2018 Fall for Greenville board chairman, in a news release. “The continued success of the festival allows us to give back even more, providing funds to local groups that work hard to strengthen our community.”

BB&T Fall for Greenville has donated more than $600,000 to more than 30 nonprofit organizations over the past 15 years, according to the release.
