BrubakerAndy Brubaker has been appointed executive director of the Mason Prep Foundation. He has 18 years of experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. Previously, he served as director of development at The Heritage School in Newnan, Ga.

He has also worked as executive director of the American Red Cross of Southwest Georgia, and as director of development and vice president for advancement at Andrew College.

Fetter Health Care Network is participating in National Health Center Week. This annual event is hosted by the National Association of Community Health Centers and the Health Center Advocacy Network to raise awareness about health centers.

This year’s theme is America’s Health Centers: Lighting the Way for Healthier Communities Today and in the Future. Today will celebrate Healthcare for the Homeless Day and Patient Appreciation Day; Thursday is Stakeholder Appreciation Day and Children’s Health Day; and Friday is Health Center Staff Appreciation Day.

Fetter Health Care Network also has updated its mobile COVID-19 testing clinic schedule in Berkeley and Charleston counties.

Testing will be available from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday, 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 25 at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. It will also be available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 27 at West Ashley High School.

The registration form (.pdf) can be printed prior to arrival for either walk-up or drive-up testing. Individuals must wear a face covering and practice social distancing while waiting.
