HOT PROPERTIES: Agents sell office building on Greenville’s North Main Street

Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 712 North Main LLC, which purchased a 3,370-square-foot office building on 0.18 acre at 712 N. Main St. in Greenville from David W. Holmes.

Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented THF Holdco II LLC, the buyer, in the purchase of a 71,485-square-foot office building on eight acres at 6040 Ponders Court in Greenville from ABB Motors and Mechanical Inc.

Buxton Capital Group LLC closed a 10-year lease with TaylorMade Golf Co. in Liberty. TaylorMade will manufacture golf balls at the 32,000-square-foot facility at 740 Cartee Road, Liberty.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Magnolia Financial Inc., in leasing 2,921 square feet of office space in Suite 110 at 135 N. Church St. in Spartanburg from North Church Street 135 LLC.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 2,050 square feet of office space in Suite A at 1615 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greenville to Greenville Housing Fund.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP in a lease renewal of 12,928 square feet of office space at 550 S. Main St. in Greenville from RiverPlace Office LLC.

Craig Jacobs of Spencer Hines Properties was the agent for the lease by L Polished LLC of 1,200 square feet of retail space in Unit 104 at 2500 Winchester Place in Spartanburg. The lessor was 2500 Winchester Holdings LLC.
