  • Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Fairforest Road Partners in selling 1.44 acres at 9001 Fairforest Rd., Greenville, to Patel and Co. Inc.
  • Dale Seay of Spencer Hines Properties handled the sale of 167,000 square feet of industrial space at 2145 Highway 292 in Inman for $663,000. QCAP LLC bought the property from Advanced Manufacturing.
  • Craig Jacobs, Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr. were the Spencer Hines Properties agents for the sale of 40 Canaan Rd., Roebuck, for $540,000. The 16,500-square-foot industrial space was bought by the Charles Lea Center from Jennifer Marcus.
  • Craig Jacobs of Spencer Hines Properties handled leasing 1640 E. Main St., Duncan, from 290 Commons LLC to Dedicated Staffing. The property is 2,050 square feet of office space.
  • Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented BIG-RL Crosspointe Plaza LLC in leasing 1,500 square feet of retail space at 820 Woods Crossing in Greenville to Nail Story.
  • Joyner Commercial’s Parker Sweet represented the buyer and seller in a sale of self-storage property located in Cocoa, Fla.
  • Michael Joseph of Joyner Commercial represented the seller in the sale of a 0.34-acre commercial lot at 211 Poinsett Highway in Greenville.
  • Stuart Wyeth of Pintail Capital Partners advised Element 97 LLC, owner of 1122 S. Main St., Greenville, in the execution of a new lease with Forum Benefits.
  • Tyson Smoak of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, 800 E North Street LLC, in the purchase of an 8,000-square-foot office building at 800 E. North St., Greenville.
