T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented South Greenville Fire District in the sale of a 2,883-square-foot former fire station on a lot at 9490 Augusta Rd., Pelzer, to 9494 Augusta Road LLC. 

  • Spencer Hines Properties agent Greyson Furnas facilitated the sale of 15,000 square feet of industrial space, from Denero Industrial to A&M Properties for $275,000.
  • Agent Craig Jacobs of Spencer Hines Properties helped lease 2,050 square feet of office space at 1640 E. Main St., Duncan. The property was leased from 290 Commons LLC to Dedicated Staffing.
    Spencer Hines Properties agents Greyson Furnas and Neal Boyett assisted in securing the lease of 775 Spartan Blvd #106, Spartanburg. SHPM leased the office space to Bright Pike Boutique.
  • Brantley Anderson, Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison of Colliers International represented Riverstone Properties in the lease of 5,754 square feet of office space at 75 Beattie Place in Greenville to Dority & Manning PA.
  • Ted Arnold of Joyner Commercial represented the buyer, Better Than Stock LLC, in the purchase of commercial land on Augusta Road in Belton.
  • Susan Dodds of Joyner Commercial, represented the seller in the purchase of a 5,255-square-foot medical building at 150 D St. in Greer.
  • Tyson Smoak of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Front Street Capital, in the lease of a 3,011-square-foot office space at 11 Brendan Way to Michael Baker International Inc.
  • Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, NASI LLC, in the lease of a retail space located at 7325 St. Andrews Road in Irmo.
  • Alex Campbell, Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, B&W Properties LLC, in leasing a 10,000-square-foot industrial property at 157 Landmark Dr., Taylors, to Gannett.
  • Ted Lyerly of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Five Points Center Holdings, in leasing a 3,600-square-foot retail space in the Shoppes at Five Points in Simpsonville to Red Effect Simpsonville LLC.
  • Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Spectrum Professional Services LLC, in leasing an 11,072-square-foot office space at 1 Marcus Dr., Suite 101, Greenville from ROIB 385 Greenville LLC.
  • Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Home Builders Association of Greenville, in leasing a 3,800-square-foot office space at 5 Creekside Park, Greenville. Shannon Caldwell of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Medpoint LLC.
