CDI Investments LLC purchased an 8,400-square-foot building at 518 Robin Lake Road in Duncan. Flagship Commercial’s Chisolm Nicholson presented the buyer.

Pintail Capital’s Ross Kester and Jeff Day represented Sandifer Boulevard Partners in the sale of a 1,754-square-foot Little Caesar’s located at 109 Thrift Avenue in Seneca to buyer Kemanda SC.

A 1,596-sqaure-foot office space on 106 Commons Blvd. in Piedmont was leased to Cover Source Inc. by Ohana Holdings LLC. Benji Smith and Chisolm Nicholson of Flagship Commercial represented the landlord.

Richard Barrett and Brannan Hudson of Colliers International represented Drew-Haley Enterprises in the sale of 23,619 square feet of warehouse space at 1900-1902 Suber Road in Greer to PiperP LLC.

Over 2,700 square feet of office space at 101 N. Main St. in Greenville was leased to Darver Kelly by ROIB 101 N Main LLC. Pintail Capital Partner’s Tyson Smoak represented the tenant.

Manning LLC, represented by Jim Brown of Flagship Commercial, purchased a quadplex at 109- 115 Hazelwood Court in Greenwood.
