A 60,346-square-foot building housing Publix was purchased in AndersonPintail Capital Partners’ Cameron Babbitt and Sydney Crane represented the buyer in the purchase of a 60,346-square-foot Publix at Boulevard Market Fair on Clemson Boulevard in Anderson.

Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers International represented Hunt Hendrix & Carter Investments LLC in the lease renewal of 5,342 square feet of retail space at 400 S. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville to Honey Baked Ham Co.

Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of a Jack's Family Restaurant in Valley, Ala. The property sold for $1.7 million with a 20-year absolute net lease.

Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, United Home Mortgage Services Inc, in the lease of a 1,250-square-foot office space located at 700 E. North Street, Suite 4, in Greenville. The tenant is ML Builders.

Frank Hammond of Colliers International represented Michelin North America Inc in the lease of 663,821 square feet of industrial space at Citypark Loop in Houston, Texas.

Andrew Babb and John Bauknight of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 122 Magnolia Street LLC, in leasing 2,300 square feet of retail space at 122 Magnolia St., Suite A, Spartanburg, to Longbranch Development LLC.
