  • Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s David Sigmon, Matt Vanvick and Pete Brett represented a private investor in the off-market acquisition of an eight-property, fully leased medical office portfolio. The offices total 50,210 square feet and the consideration for the sale was $17.6 million. The property closed on Dec. 19. The portfolio is leased to Blue Cross Blue Shield DBA Doctors Care, a provider of urgent care services throughout the state. This transaction was the largest of the year for Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine.
  • Jeff Day and Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Kinston First LLC, in the purchase of a former Applebee’s building on 1.27 acres in Kinston, N.C., from Best Locations LLC.
  • Tyson Smoak of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, Elliott Davis, in the lease of a 79,440 square foot office space at 423 South Main St. in Greenville from Camperdown LLC.
  • Josh Tew of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Sweet K12 LLC, in the lease of a 1,333 square foot space located at 25 Sweetbriar Road in Greenville to Thrive Behavioral.
  • Josh Tew of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Sweet K12 LLC, in the lease of a 6,550 square foot space at 25 Sweetbriar Road in Greenville to Citylights Church.
  • Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Southern Hospitality Group, in the purchase of an 1,800-square-foot building at 109-E Regency Commons Drive in Greer from Health Living 4 U LLC.
  • Ross Kester of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, Wolfram Enterprises LLC, in the sale of a 5,834-square-foot medical office at 103 Fairview Pointe Drive in Simpsonville to Bickmann Properties LLC.
