  • Adam Padgett and Jordan Skellie, of Lyons Industrial Properties, represented Advantage Sport & Fitness in the lease of a 20,000-square-foot industrial space at 200 Ben Hamby Drive in Greenville.
  • Jordan Skellie, of Lyons Industrial Properties, represented Jayesh Patel in the purchase of 20 acres of land at Fairview Church Road in Spartanburg.
  • Benji Smith and Josh Tew, of Flagship Properties, represented the landlord in the office lease of 3,750 square feet to Able SC at 135 Edinburgh Court, Suite 101, in Greenville.
  • Benji Smith, of Flagship Properties, represented the tenant, NFM Lending, in the office lease of 3,375 square feet at 9 Washington Park in Greenville.
  • Benji Smith, of Flagship Properties, represented the sublandlord, Coveris Holding Corp., in the office sublease of 2,175 square feet to Cimtec Automations LLC, at Patewood IV/50 International Drive, Suite 110, in Greenville.
  • Jay Alexander and Michael Spiers, of Windsor Aughtry Co. Inc., represented Martin Family Limited Partners III LP in the ground lease of 1.2 acres at Martin Farm located at the intersection of Fairview Road and Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville.  The outparcel was leased by Sharonview Credit Union who plans to develop a new office with a drive through.  Tommy Molin with CBRE represented Sharonview.  Martin Farm development is anchored by Publix and Hobby Lobby.
