  • Chris Prince, Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young commercial real estate represented Schon Designs LLC in the leasing of a 1,111-square-foot office space at The 153 Commons in Piedmont to Successful Beginnings Academy. Shirley Henderson of Jackson Stanley Realtors represented the Tenant.
  • Avison Young commercial real estate reported that Rhett Craig, Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds represented Oakmark LLC in the sale of a 4,975-square-foot office building at 56 Pointe Circle in Greenville, to Dr. Elliot Hirshorn. Curtis Harper of Sirius Realty LLC represented the buyer.
  • Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza of Colliers International represented Poinsett Plaza LLC in the lease of 3,700 square feet of retail space at 104 S. Main St., Greenville, to Maestro Bistro & Dinner Club LLC.
