  • Jay Alexander and Michael Spiers of Windsor Aughtry Co. Inc. represented Martin Family Limited Partners III LP in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space to Surya Yoga Studio and 3,000 square feet of retail space to Tipsy Taco at Martin Farm located at the intersection of Fairview Road and Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville. Martin Farm development is anchored by Publix and Hobby Lobby.
  • Michael Spiers of Windsor Aughtry Co. Inc. represented Bojangles in a new location on Woodruff Road at Five Forks. Realty Link is developing this restaurant for Bojangles with opening scheduled for the first quarter of 2018.
  • Michael Spiers of Windsor Aughtry Co. Inc. represented Rice Land Company in the sale of 4.7 acres at Exit 35, Highway 86 and I-85 to QuikTrip Corp. QT plans to open this new facility in the second quarter of 2018.
  • Benji Smith and Josh Tew, of Flagship Properties, represented the seller, JLG Holdings LLC, in selling a 15,000-square-foot portfolio of office buildings at 102, 108, and 118 Commons Blvd. in Piedmont to Byron Schoenholzer and Katherine McAfee Shoenholzer.
  • Caldwell Johnston represented the seller, James Richard, in selling a 2,000-square-foot office building at 143 Commons Way in Greenville to Ukoona LLC.
