Trad Dyches of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord, Six Old North Wharf LLC, in the lease of 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 7593 Sandlapper Parkway in North Charleston.


Todd P. Garrett of Avison Young represented the landlord, 756 St. Andrews Blvd. LLC, in the lease extension of 2,100 square feet of office and warehouse space in Unit 900 at 7187 Bryhawke Circle in North Charleston to Advance Glass Services LLC.


Tradd Varner of Avison Young represented the tenant, Pleasant Details and Tint LLC, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 1723 U.S. Highway 17, Unit B, in Mount Pleasant from Pitco LLC.


Alan Bolduc, Courtney L. Marous and Kathleen Isola of Avison Young represented the landlord, Pidgeon Bay Properties LLC, in the lease of 4,800 square feet of industrial space at 108 Pidgeon Bay Road in Summerville, to Brytons LLC. 


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the seller, Sleep Land LLC, in the sale of 2.18 acres on Benton Lodge Road in Summerville to Benton Lodge Properties LLC.  Ryan Welch of Lee and Associates Charleston represented the buyer.
