Edward Robinson of Beach Commercial represented the seller, Charleston Regional Business Center LLC, in the sale of 11.15 acres of land at 2276 Clements Ferry Road, Charleston to Clements Ferry III LLC for $2.453 million. Jim D. Robertson of Strategic Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.


Bryan Perrucci of Southeastern Management Group Inc. represented the seller, Plaza Heights LLC, and the buyer, Terrace Theater Plaza LLC, in the sale of 19,330 square feet of retail space at 1956 Maybank Highway in Charleston for $4.5 million.
