Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord, Robert L. Pratt LLC, in the lease of flex space in Suite C at 392 E. Fith North St. in Summerville to Engineered Systems Inc.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the seller, Al Taylor, in the sale of 2.25 acres of commercial land at 251 Judith Drive in Summerville to Stephen and Sheryl Korsen for $100,000. Roddy Matthews of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.
