Ellice Niedrach of Reedy Property Group represented the lessor, DCM23 LLC, in leasing an 8,040-square-foot industrial building at 143 Caggiano Drive in Gaffney to Pinnacle Logistics LLC.


Tyler Whims, Chase Styles, Logan Mitchell and Jacob Smith of Reedy Property Group represented the seller, Sirrine St. LLC, in the disposition of Tract 3 at North Little River Road in Salem, 5.42 acres bought by Midland Trust Co. as custodian for the benefit of Dwayne Henson.


Anderson Drake, Tripp Taylor and Tanner Wilhelm of Reedy Property Group represented sellers Ryan and Heather Teter, in the disposition of 1620 Stewart Road in Woodruff, to William Andrew Stone and Jordan Stone.

Monty Todd of Pintail represented the seller, Todd Distributors Inc., in the sale of two flex buildings totaling 34,509 square feet at 269 E. Main St. in Laurens to buyer Clarity Company LLC.


Ross Kester of Pintail represented the seller, Banfield Dunkin LLC, in the sale of a 7,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building at 3635 Walton Drive in Myrtle Beach to buyer Mapama Corp.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller in the acquisition of 1.31 acres of land at 1621 John B. White Sr. Blvd. in Spartanburg. Doris A. Bivings sold the property to HM Upstate LLC for $750,000.


Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented Founders Federal Credit Union in the lease of 25 square feet of ground space for an ATM at 8 Chesterfield Highway in Cheraw. The space was leased from Union-Anson County Habitat for Humanity.


Midlands

Rox Pollard, Danny Bonds and John Gressette of Colliersrepresented Parkland Associates in the lease of 10,865 square feet of retail space at Parkland Plaza to Oak Street Health. Founded in 2012, Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, offers primary health care for seniors and has more than 200 locations nationwide.


Bobby Balboni and Patrick Palmer of NAI Columbia handled the lease 16,051 square feet in West Side Plaza at 2305-2349 Augusta Road in West Columbia.


NAI Columbia’s Jeff Hein handled the lease of 13,500 square feet of industrial space at 802 Rosewood Drive in Columbia.


Peter Couchell and Robert Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of a Whataburger location at 1189 Dutch Fork Road in Irmo.


Peyton Bryant and Meredith Rhodes of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 1,675-square-foot office space at 928 Washington St. in Columbia.
