Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey sold 3,000 square feet of office space in Greenville's historic Pettigru District.Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey sold 3,000 square feet of office space at 401 Pettigru Street in the law firm’s second disposition during its expansion and relocation to 24 Cleveland Street. Pintail Capital Partners’ Josh Tew and Monty Todd represented the seller.

Colliers International’s Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented Lee Spa Nails in the lease of 2,855 square feet of retail space at 401 E. Stone Ave., Greenville.

An 11,700-square-foot industrial space at 1503 S Buncombe Road in Greer was leased by Darien Properties II LLC to Old South Trading Co. LLC. Andrew Hewitt and Shane Knight of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord.

Six acres of land at 728 N. Church St. in Spartanburg were purchased by Arlington Properties Inc., who was represented by D. Ralph Settle of Colliers International.

NAI Earle Furman’s Andrew Hewitt and Shane Knight represented S.C.R. Enterprise LLC in the lease of 4,500 square feet of retail space at 351 E. Henry St., Spartanburg, to Two Samuels Inc.
