  • Rob Howell and Tabitha Cooper, of Avison Young, represented Mountain Lake Holdings LLC in the sale of .60 acre of land at 120 S. Main St., Travelers Rest, to Andy O’Mara and or Assigns for $250,000. Drew Stamm of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer.
  • Avison Young commercial real estate is pleased to announce that Chris Prince and Rhett Craig, of Avison Young, represented Black Harbor Wealth Management LLC in the leasing of 1,850 square feet of office space at 135 S. Main St., Suite 301 in Greenville, from Kent Properties LLC. Robert Brissie of Cardinal Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord.
  • Bernie Bastian, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Donna Nabors, in the sale of an 11,000-square-foot retail property at 2630 Gentry Memorial Highway in Pickens to Mada Investments LLC.
  • Andrew Babb and John Bauknight, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Longleaf Global Commerce, in the sale of a 54,822-square-foot industrial property at 8025 Howard St. in Spartanburg to 8025 Howard Street LLC.
