Upstate

Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg, handled leasing in Suite A at 101 W. Court St. in Greenville to Sodoma Law. The transaction was navigated by Darath Mackie, vice president, and Randall Bentley, managing principal and president.

Sodoma Law will occupy approximately 3,819 square feet of high-end office space, according to a news release.

“The relocation of Sodoma Law Greenville to one of downtown Greenville’s most sought-after office spaces highlights the growing appeal of our city center as a hub for leading professional firms,” Mackie said in the release. “We are delighted to support their growth and anticipate their continued success in this vibrant new setting.”

 Sodoma Law Greenville’s new office in the central business district, a block from Main Street and behind City Hall and the Westin Poinsett Hotel, provides high visibility and convenience, the release stated. Founded by Nicole Sodoma and led by Managing Attorney Kelsey Queen, the firm’s new suite boasts upscale finishes, extensive natural light, and a functional layout. The space includes six private offices, a modern conference room and comfortable common areas.

 Sodoma Law has North Carolina offices in Charlotte, Monroe, Cornelius and Belmont. The only other South Carolina office is in Rock Hill. The law firm’s client-centered approach focuses its practice most notably on family law.

Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented BLA Investments LLC, Hopeful Investments LLC and Vivid Properties LLC, the sellers, in the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building on 2.7 acres at 35 Batesville Court in Greer to Zenith Real Estate LLC.


Lance Byars and Scott Burgess of Colliers represented Forest Park 1683 LLC in the lease of 2,547 square feet of retail space at 27 S. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville to A Perfect 10 Nails and Spa LLC.


Lance Byars and Scott Burgess of Colliers represented the landlord, Hughes Investments Inc., and the tenant, Dine Development Group LLC, in the lease of 2,482 square feet of retail space at Bridgeway Station, 1000 Via Corso Drive in Simpsonville.


Hunter Garrett and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of 17.3 acres of land at 1 Conestee Road in Greenville from Kallie LLC.


Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, First Citizens and Trust Co., in the sale of a 4,300-square-foot retail space at 100 Church St. in Central to 100 Church Street LLC.


Bill Sims, Will Freeman and Gabe Blevins of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, RSD Roebuck LLC, in the purchase of a 16,750-square-foot vacant retail building located at 1876 E. Blackstock Road in Roebuck. The seller was Spencol LLC.


Andy Hayes and Ben Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the lessor, Hidden Hill Road Associates LLC, which leased 1683 and 1701 Union St. in Spartanburg to David Ward, represented by Chad Roache.


Family Thinking Forward bought an acre of land at 2221 Boiling Springs Road in Boiling Springs for $1 million from RH Development of SC LLC. Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the buyer in the transaction.


Lowcountry

Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the landlord, 113 N Magnolia LLC, in the lease of 1,366 square feet of retail space in Suite B at 113 N. Magnolia St. in Summerville to SLSC Group Inc. Jillian Weatherford of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the tenant.


Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, R2M 4963 Banco Road LLC, in the lease of 7,380 square feet of industrial space at 4963 Banco Road in North Charleston to Markham Landscape Products Inc. Tyler Smith of JLL represented the tenant.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord in the sublease of 1,200 square feet of office space at 757 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Suite A-100, in Mount Pleasant to J2 Funding.


Vitré Ravenel Stephens of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Belle Station Co.  LLC, in the lease of 1,900 square feet of retail space at 536 Belle Station Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to Hutto Seafood Market & Kitchen. Georgia Richard of Carolina One represented the tenant.


Taylor Sekanovich of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant, Best Day Psychiatry and Counseling P.C., in the lease of 575 square feet of retail space in Unit B at 810 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mount Pleasant from Owenalee Enterprises LLC. Shea Robbins of Carolina One represented the landlord.


Casey Lowery of Adams Property Group represented the landlord, 1204 Fording Island Road LLC, in the lease of 4,375 square feet of flex space in Suite B at 1202 Fording Island Road in Bluffton to MXT Partners LLC, doing business as Play it Again Sports. Daniella Stonefield of EXP Realty represented the tenant.


Midlands

Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers represented 911 Lady Street LLC in the lease of 984 square feet of office space at 911 Lady St. in Columbia to Mackey Realty LLC.


Tommy Tapp of Colliers represented the landlord, Dr. James Wells, and Mary Winter Teaster represented the tenant, Work in Progress, in the lease of 868 square feet of office space at 2231 Devine St. in Columbia.


Tombo Milliken, Nelson Weston and Tom Milliken of NAI Columbia sold 1.74 acres on Buckner Road in Columbia for $110,000.


Tombo Milliken, Nelson Weston and Tom Milliken of NAI Columbia sold Old Davidson Street in Columbia. The 1.82-acre property sold for $45,000.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 24,575-square-foot flex space at 7210 Broad River Road in Irmo.


Roger Winn and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the lease of 3,810 square feet of medical office space at 9930 Kincey Ave. in Huntersville, N.C.
