  • Stanley Pack of Pack and Company Real Estate represented the buyer and seller of an office condo located at Woodland Executive offices 1218 John B. White Sr. Blvd. Spartanburg.
  • Bobby Lyons and Adam Padgett, of Lyons Industrial Properties, represented PackIQ in a 40,000-square-foot, three-year lease to service Volvo Automotive in Charleston. PackIQ, based in Anderson, will manage the inbound and outbound flow of Volvo’s returnable packaging from this facility.
  • Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Spartan Leasing Co. Inc., in leasing a 16,120-square-foot industrial space at 111 Belton Drive in Spartanburg to ADO Corp.
  • Jimmy Wright and Ted Lyerly, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, SC Hwy 153 A LLC, in leasing a 2,676-square-foot retail space in the Shops at Center Point to Allen Tate Companies.
  • Jimmy Wright and Ted Lyerly, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Shops by the Mall LLC / STC Thomason, in leasing a retail space in the Shops by the Mall to Halloween Express LLC.
