Lost Valley Rental LLC purchased medical office space 24 Memorial Medical Dr., Greenville. (Photo/Provided)Robert Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Lost Valley Rental LLC in the purchase of a 3,344-square-foot medical office on a half acre at 24 Memorial Medical Dr., Greenville. The property was purchased from 24 Memorial Building LLC. 

  • About 680 square feet of office space at 775 Spartan Blvd. #A, Spartanburg, was leased to Vector Truss Design from Raju Patel. Spencer Hines Properties agents Greyson Furnas and Neal Boyett helped close the deal.
  • Brantley Anderson, Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison of Colliers International represented Grace Hill in leasing 10,468 square feet of office space at 300 Executive Center Drive in Greenville.
  • Susan Dodds and Steve Greer with Joyner Commercial, the commercial arm of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors, represented the seller in a 5,255-square-foot medical building at 150 D St. in Greer.
  • Tyson Smoak of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, Apple Organics LLC, in the lease of a 5,300-square-foot space at 325 Rocky Slope Road from LS Partners LLC.
  • Cameron Babbitt and Sydney Crane of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, a regional investor, in the purchase of a 14,550-square-foot Walgreens located at 1232 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer from Folly Holdings LLC.
  • Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, 420 Parkway Holdings LLC, in the lease of an office space, located at 420-C The Parkway in Greer, to Brio Energy LLC.
  • Kevin Pogue of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Modern Wellness Family Counseling LLC, in leasing a 3,466-square-foot office space at 945 E. Main St., Suite C, Spartanburg, from Bell Hill LLC.
  • Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Cat Dog Properties LLC, in leasing an 8,500-square-foot office space at 119 Ian Court in Spartanburg to Baermann Magnetics LLC.
  • John Odom and Rakan Draz of Avison Young commercial real estate represented Windward Partners XVIII LLC in leasing a 1,308-square-foot retail space at 1633 E. North St., Greenville, to The Oxford Barber LLC.
  • Chris Prince, Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young represented Interchange Holdings LLC in leasing 5,038 square feet of office space at 615 Crown Pointe in Duncan to Kodiak Upfitters Inc.
