HOT PROPERTIES: NAI Columbia closes deal on Winnsboro tract

NAI Columbia’s Milliken Land Team of Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken and Nelson Weston, recently closed on two tracts of land, including a half-million-dollar plot in Winnsboro.

The first sale was a turn-key recreational property consisting of about 93 acres for $510,000 off Old River Road in Winnsboro. The second was a multi-tenant retail development. NAI Columbia represented the owner in selling the two-acre property for $325,000 on Broad River Road.

Other recent commercial real estate deals include the lease of an industrial building on Farrow Road. Bruce Harper of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing the 8,600-square-foot building at 10125 Farrow Road in Columbia.

Bruce Greenberg and Nick Stomski of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 10,800-square-foot industrial building at 7315 Cross County Road in North Charleston.

Nick Stomski and Jake Nidiffer of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in leasing 4,000 square feet of flex space at 1320 Veterans Road in Columbia.

DeWees Real Estate Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in Columbia’s office, retail, industrial and land markets handled the purchase of 21 Indian Creek Trail in Lexington.

Jing “Julia” Donovan and Trey Davis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant SureRock USA Corp. in the lease of 20,400-square-feet of warehouse space at 4068 Fernandina Road B in Columbia. William Durham of William Durham Company represented the landlord, Gemini Associates LLC.

William Mills of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 3,660-square-foot retail space at 9011 Garners Ferry Road in Columbia.
