Recent commercial real estate transactions include:

Mike Tan of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the landlord in leasing 17,500 square feet of industrial space to Badgar Daylighting Corp. at 4241 Orchard Park Blvd. in Spartanburg. The landlord is Sunset Holdings Inc.


Mike Tan of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the buyer while Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines represented the seller in the sale of 1864 E. Main St. in Spartanburg. James Jenks LLC bought the property from Carlos Roberto Geiss, Trustee, for $320,000.


Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller, Rigsby Family Holdings LLC, in the sale of an acre of land for $450,000. JML Boiling Springs LLC bought the property at 3069 Boiling Springs Road in Boiling Springs.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Family Trust Credit Union, in leasing 3,100 square feet of office space at 1800 Laurens Road Greenville from Cardinal Partners.


Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, JLM & Associates LLC, in leasing 12,500 square feet of office space at 1045-1053 Keys Drive Greenville to JLM & Associates LLC.


Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Coffee Investments, in a lease renewal of 4,750 square feet of office space at 301 N. Main St., Suites 1003-1005, in Greenville.


Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, FP Holdings LLC, in leasing 15,020 square feet of office space on the third floor at 935 S. Main St. in Greenville to Brasfield & Gorrie LLC.


Ted Lyerly of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, KOB Enterprises LLC, in leasing 2,790 square feet of retail space at 2105 Augusta St. in Greenville to Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado LLC, a Colorado LLC.


Alex Campbell of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Bull Hill Scientific LLC, in leasing 9,000 square feet of retail space at 25 and 36 Webb Road in Gray Court to the United States Postal Service.

Macon Lovelace and Roger Winn of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of a 3,960-square-foot office building at 1401 and 1403 Calhoun St. in Columbia, for $435,500.


Roger Winn and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 16,945-square-foot office building at 1310 Gadsden St. in Columbia.


Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 2,000-square-foot office space at 1411 Gervais St. in Columbia.


Braden Shockley, Roger Winn and Will McGregor of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 2,300-square-foot office space at 3800 Forest Drive in Columbia.

Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Maple View Properties LLC, in the lease of 285 square feet of office space at 1 Carriage Lane, Building B, Suite 2-D, in Charleston to Lindsey Grant.
