  • Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart of Lyons Industrial Properties represented tenant Upward Unlimited, which is doing business as Upward Sports, in a three-year lease for a 60,000-square-foot industrial property at 1300 Hayne Street in Spartanburg. Dillon Swayngim and Ralph Settle of Colliers International represented the landlord.
  • Metro Drive Investment LLC is leasing 6,108 square feet of industrial space at 180 Metro Drive in Spartanburg to Tekna Packaging Inc. Jake Van Gieson and Chandler Ayers of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in this transaction.
  • Avison Young Commercial Real Estate’s Rakan Draz and John Odom represented Windward Partners XVI LLC in the lease of an 826-square-foot retail property at 578 Perry Ave. in Greenville to Reedy Construction Group.
  • A 1,522-square-foot commercial building at 8 South Poinsett Highway in downtown Travelers Rest was sold with this assistance of Mark Ratchford and Brad Doyle of KDS Commercial Properties.
  • Baker Roofing Company has signed a three-year lease for 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 255 Inglesby Parkway in Duncan. Lyons Industrial Properties’ Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart represented the tenant, while Spencer Hines Properties represented Iron Properties LLC, the landlord, in this transaction.
  • Almost 1,500 square feet of office space at 1122 S. Main St. in Greenville was leased to Interior Elements LLC by San Miguel Property Management LLC. Pintail Capital Partners’ Josh Tew and Monty Todd represented the landlord.
