Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s Pete Brett, David Sigmon, Matt Vanvick and T Cox represented the landlord.

Lyon Industrial Properties’ Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart represented Ultrafab Inc. in a five-year lease extension for the 44,000-square-foot industrial facility at 49 Freedom Court in Greer.  Ultrafab uses the facility to manufacture store weatherstripping products for windows and doors.

Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlords, Bright Investment I LLC and Properties LLC, in the lease of 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 297 Tucapau Road, Duncan, to Mayderm Inc.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery Hall and Brockton Hall of Colliers International represented Suncap Spartanburg LLC, which leased 213,000 square feet of industrial space at 1021 Tyger Lake Road, Spartanburg.

Turn One Properties purchased a 12,171-square-foot industrial building on 1.2 acres at 9 Ellwood Court from Rollout LLC. Sammy Dubose of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.
