Monty Todd of Pintail represented the buyer in the purchase of a 19,206-square-foot office building at 7227 Parklane Road in Columbia.


Robbie Romeiser, Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented landlord Caman Group Inc. in leasing 1,200 square feet of office space at 347-A e. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg. Tawanna Robinson leased the offices.


Grayson Atkins of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the tenant in the lease of 30 acres of ground at 100 International Drive in Spartanburg. Cable-Spartanburg Associates LP leased the acreage to Revelation Towing Inc.


Greyson Furnas, John Montgomery, Garrett Scott, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers and represented McNeel Properties in the sale of 1.77 acres of land at 1435 E. Main St. in Duncan to Express Oil Changes LLC.


Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Compark LP in the sale of about six acres at Compark Industrial Park, 810 Mount Pleasant Road in Spartanburg. Compark LP sold the property to Davis G-2 Properties LLC and DJE Investments Inc.

John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 5921 Edmund Highway in Lexington. The industrial property is 10,500 square feet and sold for $235,675.


Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken and Nelson Weston of NAI Columbia sold six high-end residential lots in the Pecan Orchard at Woodcreek Farms to Pulte Homes. The lots sold for $570,000.
