A third Midway Logistics speculative building is coming to the Lexington County Industrial Park. Miller-Valentine Construction broke ground on the 200,000 square-foot building.

The multi-tenant building, Midway Logistics III, is designed for Class A distribution and light manufacturing tenants. It will feature a clear height of 30 feet, LED lighting and ESFR sprinkler system. It will include 21 dock doors, two drive-ins and entries for tenant offices.

The project’s developer, Magnus Development Partners, selected Miller-Valentine as its design/build partner.

“We understand the importance of optimizing building value for investors. This was a clear value proposition for the project owner,” said Steve Koewler, president of Miller-Valentine Group.

The site is designed to allow for a shared dock apron to support a future distribution facility on the adjacent lot. The project is on a 30-week construction schedule.

Midway Logistics II was completed in November of last year. Colliers International South Carolina is handling 170,000 the square feet of space available for lease for Midway Logistics III.
