The company said moving into a 5,400-square-foot office at 1501 Main St. will allow for the expansion of its command center.
“Throughout the world, different emergent events are reported everyday: terrorist attacks, border disputes, piracy, illegal trafficking and smuggling, and cyber attacks to name a few,” Mariner said it a blog posting. “This is why we’re equipping our command center with the best tools to aid in any of these events–along with monitoring current customer sites, supplementing special event security, assisting in emergency responses, or other similar events when needed.”
A range of agencies from seaports to police and emergency management utilize the company’s security solutions.
NAI Avant senior brokers Paul Hartley and Roger Winn, along with assistance from team member Paul Paschal, represented The Mariner Group in the transaction.
The TD Bank building, constructed in 1999, has approximately 145,500 square feet of Class A office space. Saundra Sloan and Will Brennan of Great Southern Corporation are brokers for the 1501 Main Street building and facilitated the lease, along with NAI Avant.
