Wealth adviser, author to speak at event

Listen to this articleWealth adviser and author Coventry Edwards-Pitt will share advice on financial planning and aging at an event hosted by the Central Carolina Community Foundation on Tuesday.
The event will be held at the Richland Two Institute of Innovation, located at 763 Fashion Drive, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Edwards-Pitt, partner and chief wealth advisory officer at Ballentine Partners LLC, will share lessons from her book, Aged Healthy, Wealthy & Wise. The book is based on Edwards-Pitt’s career experiences and interviews conducted with older people living lives of contentment and meaning, according to a news release.
“Aged Healthy, Wealthy & Wise provides us with a roadmap to living, and aging, well,” said JoAnn Turnquist, president and CEO of Central Carolina Community Foundation. “I look forward to hearing Coventry Edwards-Pitt speak and applying the lessons she shares into my life.”
The event is sponsored by Abacus Planning Group. Admission is free; advance registration is required.
