Countybank, Greenwood Capital fulfill pledge

Listen to this articleIn 2015, Countybank and Greenwood Capital pledged a five-year gift of $100,000 to the Greenwood Genetic Center Foundation in honor of the center’s employees. Countybank and Greenwood Capital representatives have delivered the final $20,000 installment of the gift.
“The Countybank Foundation supports organizations in the Upstate of South Carolina that are involved in important work and are also vital citizens of their community,” David Tompkins, Countybank senior vice president and Greenwood market executive, said in a news release. “We have been honored each year to support this mission and recognize the commitment of GGC’s team for all they do for Greenwood and for their patients across the state and around the world.”
