Greenville’s HKA Enterprises merges with Texas firm

Greenville-based HKA Enterprises and Houston-based Cenergy International have completed their merger, forming workforce firm Cenergy Partners, which will be headquartered in Houston.

Cenergy Partners will offer workforce solutions to industries around the world, including energy, engineering and construction, aerospace and defense, shipbuilding, and power and utilities.

HKA Enterprises, founded in 1977, is a multinational staffing firm specializing in engineering, design and construction.

“The merger with Cenergy International is a great partnership that will provide huge growth opportunities for us through expanded geographical presence, product offerings and client base,” said owner Marvin Anderson. “We’re very excited about our new partners and what the future holds for us.”

Cenergy International Services was founded in 1996

Cenergy International Services founder and owner June Ressler said: “HKA Enterprises is a world class organization, and I look forward to what we can accomplish together.
