SC Biz News announces Best Places to Work winners

SC Biz News celebrated its Best Places to Work honorees during an awards event Thursday at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

More than 800 people gathered at the facility as SC Biz News honored 119 companies in three categories: Large, medium and small.

The companies were chosen in partnership with the publishers of SC Biz News and the Best Companies Group for the 17th consecutive year.

The overall winner of the large category was The Spinx Co. Floyd Lee Locums was the winner in the medium category. THS Constructors took home honors for the small category.

“Every one of these businesses goes above and beyond to celebrate its most precious resource — its employees,” said Rick Jenkins, SC Biz News group publisher. “We’re honored to recognize all 119 of the honorees as they do their part to make South Carolina such a special place to live, work and play.”

Honorees will be celebrated in the September/October issue of SCBIZ magazine.
