Titan Chemical Transfer Solutions of Greenville and Blue1 Energy Equipment have announced the merger of the two companies under the Blue1 name, combining their expertise and experience and creating a comprehensive line of storage and dispense equipment for diesel exhaust fluid, or DEF, and related petroleum products.

Titan Chemical Transfer Solutions is a supplier of diesel exhaust fluid storage and dispensing solutions and components. Blue1, based in Buford, Ga., is a supplier of fully integrated diesel exhaust fluid and petroleum storage and dispense solutions, according to a news release.

The joined entity will continue operations at both facilities, with the Greenville location serving as the corporate headquarters. DEF systems and solutions will be marketed under the Blue1 brand, and Titan’s line of pumps and other components will continue under the Titan name, the release said. Mark Daniels, currently CEO of Titan CTS, will serve as CEO of the combined operation, according to the release.

As the population of vehicles and machinery equipped with selective catalytic reduction technology continues to grow, Blue1 Energy Equipment will work to develop solutions to meet changing customer needs throughout the United States and Canada, the release said.
