MultiVersity aquires Clemson apartment complex

MultiVersity Property Management will oversee management of this 616-bed property marketed as off-campus housing for students, according to a news release. The company also will oversee some property improvements planned for The Ridge.
The Ridge was constructed in 2018 and is made up of two-bedroom, two-bathroom flats and four-bedroom, four and a half bath townhomes with attached garages, the news release said.
The property features a swimming pool, lazy river, a 30-foot LED video screen, dog park, clubhouse, private shuttle and fitness center. The property is 96% leased for the 2019-20 lease term, the release said.
