InvestSouth acquires Interim Healthcare of Greenville

InvestSouth LLC, an investment group in Greenville, has acquired Interim Healthcare of Greenville Inc. The acquisition became effective Jan. 1. An acquisition cost was not disclosed.

Interim Healthcare of Greenville will now be known as Interim Healthcare of the Upstate. The company’s leadership will remain the same, according to a news release. Charyl Schroeder will continue as CEO and member of the Board of Directors and Ray Schroeder will serve as a consultant.

Interim Healthcare provides home health, hospice and personal care in the Upstate.
