The final event of multimedia exhibition The Soul of Philanthropy will be held on Sunday at Richland Library’s main branch at 1431 Assembly St.

The nationwide exhibit, which highlights the tradition of African-American community giving, opened Feb. 10 at the library and closes May 6.

“#GetYourGiveOn with the Soul of Philanthropy” will take place from 3 p.m to 6 p.m. and feature a children’s storytime and craft project, as well as a teen drop-in activity. Ebonie Johnson, founder and executive director of the Young, Black and Giving Back Institute in Washington, D.C., will deliver a keynote address to a panel of area professionals.

The event is free and open to the public. Registration is requested at https://tsopcola.org/events.
