On the Menu provides the latest news from the Charleston area’s culinary community, including new restaurants, new menu items and upcoming events, as well as details about local chefs. ATTENTION: Submissions should now be made using our online form.

Beginning Thursday, Edmund’s Oast Exchange will offer a small all-day menu and happy hour snacks by Chef Bob Cook. The all-day menu will offer several sandwiches and tinned fish plates. The happy hour menu will include a tiny burger, catfish slider, wings and more. All happy hour food is priced at $4.

The all-day menu will be available from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 4:30 p.m. Sundays. The happy hour food menu will be offered from 4:30 to 6:30 Monday through Saturday.

The revised happy hour drinks will include $4 glasses of wine and house beers from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

In addition, the shop now has expanded seating inside.
