Parsley & Mint, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, has opened its second location at 5052 Old Buncombe Road in the University Square shopping center near Furman. The restaurant’s first location is at 600 N. Main St. in Greenville with the entrance facing Falls Park Drive.
“We are excited to open our second location and bring Parsley & Mint to northern Greenville,” owner Paul Ryll said in a news release. “Parsley & Mint is designed to provide fresh and delicious Mediterranean cuisine that customers can enjoy with family and friends, whether in one of our restaurants or their own homes. We look forward to serving the Upstate community in this new location.”
Parsley & Mint offers build-your-own bowls and salads that incorporate items such as Mediterranean citrus chicken, house-made falafel, and lamb meatballs as well as house-made dressings and spreads including a variety of hummus options, tzatziki, and spicy harissa dressing. A number of signature menu items are also available such as the “Cyprus,” which features lamb kofta served with white rice and parsley, hummus, Mediterranean slaw, diced tomatoes, pickled onions and garlic feta dressing.
In addition to catering, Parsley & Mint offers family meals for four to order online and pick up in the restaurant. Customers can also enjoy a special selection of retail items including house-made spice blends, hummus spreads and dressings.
Parsley & Mint’s University Square location is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Facebook.
