“Food Truck Fridays is an opportunity to showcase some of the great things about our city in the summertime,” Aditi Bussells, at-large city councilwoman, said in a news release from the city of Columbia. “I’m looking forward to our citizens enjoying and exploring our downtown districts and connecting with each other over good food.”

The food trucks will be serving from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Updates to time and locations are possible based on feedback and participation, according to the release.
