A new mixed-use development in Mauldin is filling out with a tenant familiar to the Upstate.
Hughes Investments Inc. has revealed that Table 301 restaurant group will be adding its sixth brick-and-mortar restaurant at BridgeWay Station.
Table 301 President Carl Sobocinski will be introducing a new concept at the under construction mixed-use development, which Hughes said will complement his lengthy portfolio of culinary operations, including Soby’s, The Lazy Goat, NOSE DIVE, Southern Pressed Juicery (multiple locations), Camp, The Jones Oyster Co., Highway 301 Food Truck, and Table 301 Catering, according to a Hughes Investments news release.

The restaurant will occupy approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space located on the second floor of a corner building overlooking the project’s grand plaza and Main Street. The space will also feature more than 2,100 square feet of outdoor balcony dining. Details regarding the restaurant’s concept, name and menu features are still in the development phase, according to the release.
“I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with Carl [Sobocinski] for over two decades, and it’s an honor to get to be a part of his growth in this area” said Phil Hughes, owner and president of Hughes Investments Inc. “Carl [Sobocinski] and Table 301 have done so much for Greenville’s growth and success, and we feel strongly that his leadership, creativity, and passion will have a similar positive influence on the community at BridgeWay Station. We are excited to see what he comes up with for this new location!”
Table 301 will contribute to BridgeWay Station’s nearly 70,000 square feet of retail.
